SALSBURY FLATS

The "Salsbury Row House" was originally built in 1891 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. It consists of 5 individual units in the "Rowhouses", as well as 2 sister homes around the corner on the same lot.

While preserving the original footprint of the former Syverson Home along the Chippewa River, The Guild features 48 completely renovated rental residences spread across 20 unique floor plans with bird-themed names, from the Hummingbird studio to the Eagle penthouse.

Barstow Commons stands as a pillar in the heart of the city. Built in the first half of the 20th Century, this iconic white Alabama limestone building has played a unique role in each iteration of progress for the city of Eau Claire.
