We have taken on rehabilitation of the historic site to leverage modern, safe, and energy efficient technologies and construction practices while honoring the storied historical significance of the structure. The 5 residential units that line Grand Avenue, and the two standalone ‘twins’ that are on Oxford Avenue will be sold as condominiums. A new parking structure with roof patio has been added, and the site exteriors, landscaping and twin houses will be completed in summer of 2020. The 5 units that line Grand Avenue will have the interiors finished as selected to suit by their new owners.
