The Lismore was purchased by Pablo in 2013. It was a rundown property that was an eyesore for downtown Eau Claire. We invested $23M into the property, which now provides 112 rooms along with a restaurant, coffee shop, and cocktail bar to downtown.
The Oxbow was another formerly derelict hotel in downtown Eau Claire. The Oxbow is the vision of many community investors, including Pablo, Justin Vernon, and Nick Meyer. It has come together as a beautiful 30 room boutique hotel.
