The Lismore was purchased by Pablo in 2013. It was a rundown property that was an eyesore for downtown Eau Claire. We invested $23M into the property, which now provides 112 rooms along with a restaurant, coffee shop, and cocktail bar to downtown.

Downtown Eau Claire's first rooftop bar, serving housemade craft cocktails. The name Dive pays tribute to the history of the space. In the 1970s, Dive was the 2nd floor swimming pool in what is now The Lismore.
